Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible project management leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with predictive, agile, and hybrid delivery methods across varied project types.
• Project governance, financial management, risk and issue management, change control, and reporting.
• Vendor management including deliverables, performance, dependencies, and commercial considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, implementation, transition, and closure
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, governance, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and status reporting
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and changes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, dependencies, and delivery activities across concurrent workstreams
• Manage vendor-delivered work including procurement support, onboarding, deliverables, invoices, and contractual alignment
• Plan stakeholder engagement, communications, testing, implementation, readiness, and transition activities
