Coordinate project activities from planning through delivery.
Support software release processes and help ensure project milestones are met.
Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, and action items.
Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Security, and Business teams.
Create and maintain Jira dashboards and project reports.
Support Agile ceremonies and monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
Identify opportunities to improve team processes and operational efficiency.
Assist with release documentation and compliance-related activities.
25 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, PMO, or a similar role.
Experience supporting software, IT, or enterprise technology projects.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using Jira and working in Agile environments.
Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience with SAP or enterprise software is considered an asset but is not required.
Work with a global enterprise technology team.
