Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor machine operation and packaging equipment to ensure #1 product is produced and delivered to our customers.
  • Conduct quality checks on products to guarantee all specs are in the product range.
  • Effectively communicate with team and leaders on daily goal.
  • Ensure the workstation is clean and clear of all safety hazards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and with changing environmental conditions.
  • Mechanical aptitude and commitment to working safely.
  • Must be able to achieve forklift certification.
  • Basic Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Manufacturing Experience.

Communication Skills

  • Possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Must be able to read and understand written and spoken English language.

Physical Demands

  • Partner must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
  • The partner is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms, with repetitive motions of hands, arms and shoulders.
  • The partner must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and periodically lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
