The ideal candidate will lead plant personnel, manage customer relations, and support production scheduling. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $34.75 to $44.75 plus benefits including insurance and a bonus program.
Greenwood Ready-Mix operates three certified concrete plants just north of the GTA in Orangeville, Alliston, and Elora. Rooted in the region since the 1920s, this family‑owned business has combined nearly a century of expertise with modern technology to deliver high‑quality concrete products and exceptional customer service. Its fleet of 37 trucks features industry‑leading systems to ensure consistent quality, reliable service, and on‑time deliveries. In June 2024, Greenwood joined OSCO Concrete and became part of the OSCO Construction Group, uniting two companies with over 70 years of family‑run experience and shared values.
The Plant Manager is responsible for general customer service and management of all day‑to‑day operational functions. The ideal candidate must take time to learn the business and concrete industry, allowing them to perform their duties focusing on a high level of quality and ownership of work as well as being able to effectively communicate with a diverse network of both internal and external customers. The Plant Manager will need to be an effective leader and mentor, willing to support other areas of the business as needed to ensure product meets quality standards and project timelines are kept.
$34.75 to $44.75 per hour, plus an annual discretionary bonus
