Job summary

A regional governing authority is seeking a full-time Plan Checker in Nelson. The role involves reviewing building plans for compliance with the BC Building Code and working closely with the Building team. A post-secondary diploma in Building Sciences or equivalent, along with Level 1 qualifications in building and plumbing, are required. Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience or equivalent qualifications.
