Job summary

Schlafender Hase GmbH is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and engage pharmaceutical companies in North America, qualify their needs, and build a strong pipeline for our Account Executives. The role offers hybrid work with 3 days in our Montreal office and 2 days remote, plus travel up to 5%.

You will use CRM, data sources, LinkedIn, and sequencing tools to generate opportunities, typically USD 5K to 50K, and support a small, international sales team aiming to double NA

Qualifications

• First experience in B2B sales with a track record of qualified opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with a modern sales stack (CRM, data sources, LinkedIn, sequencing tools).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and online sources.
• Follow up with existing customers and uncover new opportunities.
• Qualify leads using BANT and book demos for Account Executives.
• Support Account Executives with account management and growth opportunities.
• Share market insights with Marketing and R&D.
