Impact Recruitment is assisting a growing Ontario-based insurance brokerage in finding Personal Lines CSRs to service an assigned book of clients. This in-office, full-time role focuses on home, auto, and recreational coverage while delivering a responsive, client-first experience.

You will manage relationships, handle requests, conduct renewal reviews, provide quotes across markets, and document interactions.

Competenze

• RIBO license is required.
• Minimum 1+ year of personal lines servicing experience.
• EPIC experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of insurer portals is essential.
• Strong communication and ability to explain policy language clearly.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• On-site work required.

Our client, a growing independent insurance brokerage in Ontario, is looking for Personal Lines CSRs to provide exceptional service to an assigned book of clients. In this in-office, full-time role, you will be a trusted advisor helping individuals and families protect what matters most through home, auto, and recreational coverage, while delivering a responsive, people-first client experience.

Compensation

• Salary of $60,000 to $80,000

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of personal lines policies, with a focus on strong client relationships and retention
• Handle inbound client calls and day-to-day service requests with a goal of first-call resolution
• Conduct renewal reviews, explain coverage and premium changes clearly, and proactively address price increases
• Provide quotes, make recommendations, and guide clients through available options across multiple markets
• Document conversations and transactions accurately and consistently
• Collaborate with internal support teams for policy changes, cancellations, underwriting follow-up, and claims related coordination
• Contribute to office culture by being a dependable teammate who can help cover when needed
• Stay current on insurer guidelines, underwriting rules, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Valid RIBO License
• Minimum 1+ years' experience in personal lines servicing
• EPIC experience is an asset
• Knowledge of insurer portals is essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate policy language into clear, client-friendly explanations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a steady workflow and competing priorities
• Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and comfort working fully on site.
