Hello World Recruitment is seeking a CSR for Personal Line Insurance in Markham. The role focuses on servicing brokers and clients, handling policy changes, and delivering proactive service across auto and home insurance.

2 days of work-from-home after training accompany a clear career path from CSR to Account Manager or Team Lead, or Producer. Local to GTA; $60-65K plus commission opportunities and referrals.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years brokerage experience.
• RIBO licensed with strong auto/home knowledge.
• Local to Markham/GTA for hybrid attendance.
• PowerBroker experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!).
• Someone who thinks like an advisor, not just processes tasks.

Mansioni

• Handle policy changes and client inquiries with confidence.
• Support producers with servicing tasks (no cold calling!).
