Job summary

InsureLine Brokers (Enterprise) Inc in Ontario is hiring an experienced RIBO-licensed Personal Lines CSR to manage an assigned book of clients, from renewals to claims support, in a hybrid work setup.

You will work with underwriters, maintain compliant files in EPIC, and aim to grow the book through cross-selling while earning commission.

Qualifications

• RIBO licence in good standing.
• 3+ years of personal lines brokerage experience.
• Experience with EPIC, ARS, and insurer portals.
• Solid knowledge of Ontario auto and property underwriting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CAIB or CIP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Review and remarket renewals, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions.
• Process changes, endorsements, binders, cancellations, and new business accurately and on time.
• Guide clients through the claims process.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client files in EPIC.
• Grow your book through cross-selling and retention, with commission on growth.

About the role

You’ll manage an assigned book of personal lines clients (home, auto, and related products), acting as their trusted advisor from renewal reviews to claims support. You’ll work closely with underwriters and insurers to deliver the right coverage at the right price.
