Aplin is seeking an in-office Personal Lines CSR in Ontario to service an assigned book of home, auto, and recreational coverage, delivering a responsive, client-focused experience.

You will handle inbound calls, renewals, explain changes, provide quotes across markets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure first-call resolution. A valid RIBO license and 1+ year of personal lines experience are required.

Qualificações

• Valid RIBO license
• Minimum 1+ years' experience in personal lines servicing
• EPIC experience is an asset
• Knowledge of insurer portals is essential
• Ability to translate policy language into clear explanations
• On-site work required

Responsabilidades

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of personal lines policies, with a focus on strong client relationships and retention
• Handle inbound client calls and day-to-day service requests with a goal of first-call resolution
• Conduct renewal reviews, explain coverage and premium changes clearly, and proactively address price increases
• Provide quotes, make recommendations, and guide clients through available options across multiple markets
• Document conversations and transactions accurately and consistently
• Collaborate with internal support teams for policy changes, cancellations, underwriting follow-up, and claims related coordination
• Contribute to office culture by being a dependable teammate who can help cover when needed
• Stay current on insurer guidelines, underwriting rules, and industry best practices

Our client, a growing independent insurance brokerage in Ontario, is looking for Personal Lines CSRs to provide exceptional service to an assigned book of clients. Compensation

• Salary of $60,000 to $80,000
