Job summary

InsuranceHires is seeking a licensed Insurance Account Professional to provide full service to a portfolio of clients in a hybrid work environment. You will work with producers and insurance partners to manage renewals, endorsements, and risk assessments while guiding clients through claims and preparing applications.

The role requires a RIBO license in good standing and 3+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience. Strong MS Word/Excel and familiarity with EPIC/Compu-Quote are preferred.

LOCATIONS AVAILABLE: Toronto, Peterborough, St. Catharines, Mississauga.

This salaried position is ideal for someone who excels at providing full service to clients. This individual will work within a team of professionals – each assigned a portfolio of accounts – working with producers, insuring partners and an assigned portfolio of clients handling renewals, endorsements, assessing risk exposures, providing recommendations for a suitable insurance program, guiding clients through claims, preparing applications and proposals.

Compensation Range: $50,000 to $100,00 annually Full time, replacement position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and process endorsements efficiently
• Assess risk exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Guide clients through the claims process with confidence and care

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements

• Active RIBO license in good standing (required)
• 3+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
• Experience with EPIC, Compu-Quote, and broker portals considered an asset
