Job summary

Impact Recruitment is seeking a customer-focused Personal Lines CSR to join an established insurance brokerage in Ontario. You will service personal accounts, primarily Home and Auto, while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the brokerage team.

In this fully in-office role, you will handle inquiries, process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and billing questions. Strong communication and organization are essential, with a RIBO license and 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience.
• Active RIBO license required.
• Knowledge of Home and Auto insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience with insurance portals and Compu-Quote.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job description

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary, approximately $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience (subject to confirmation for this position).
