StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who thrives on delivering top-tier client experiences, cultivating genuine relationships, and keeping every detail perfectly organized. The role is based in St. Catharines, ON, in-office full-time, with responsibilities including servicing and growing a personal lines portfolio, handling new business and renewals,

Qualifications

• - Provincial license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required.
• - 3+ years of insurance experience is an asset.
• - Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems.
• - CAIB, CIP or related designations are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Service and grow a personal lines portfolio.
• Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable.
• Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in our broker management system.
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues.

Pay

From $48,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
• Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
• Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues

What You Bring

• Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required
• Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokage company is an asset.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
• CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations are an asset
