Job summary

Aplin in Canada is seeking an experienced personal lines professional to manage and grow a home and auto book in a hybrid sales-and-service role.

You will handle referrals, service inquiries, and drive revenue targets while maintaining high standards of client interaction and accountability.

Qualifications

• Alberta Level 1 license is required; Level 2 preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of personal lines (home and auto) experience.
• Strong self-starter with accountability and maturity.
• Adaptable to a flexible, less-structured environment.
• Proven ability to grow a book and meet revenue targets.

About The Position:

• Achieve annual and monthly growth targets based on the size of your book
• Maintain professional client interactions with a high level of accountability and independence

Job Requirements:

• Level 1 Alberta license, Level 2 preferred
• Minimum 3years of experience in personal lines (home and auto)
• Strong self-starter with a high level of accountability and maturity
• Adaptable to a flexible work environment with limited structure or hierarchy
• Proven ability to grow a book and meet revenue or policy targets
• Experience in smaller organizations preferred; not ideal for those needing strict structure or seniority-based progression

Benefits:

• $60,000 – $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus new business commission
