Job summary

North City Insurance Brokers in Vaughan is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager (CSR) to join a dynamic, team-focused environment. The role requires 3+ years of RIBO-licensed personal lines experience and a drive to grow with a collaborative team.

Bring strong client-service skills, proficiency with TAM and Compu-Quote, and a detail-oriented approach to managing renewals, endorsements, and carrier communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Active RIBO license (or OTL with willingness to convert).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong proficiency in TAM, Compu-Quote, and insurance company portals.
• Attention to detail, time management, and organization.
• University Degree or College Diploma preferred.
• CIP or CAIB designation (or working toward it) is an asset

Responsibilities

• Manage and service Group Personal Lines Clients
• Provide exceptional client service in person, by phone, and email
• Rate, quote, and issue renewals or endorsements as needed
• Liaise with underwriters and carriers; ensure compliance with guidelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date files in our BMS (TAM) and portals
• Follow up on claims, underwriting requests, and necessary documentation
• Contribute to a team culture of service, accuracy, and professionalism
