Momentum Financial Services Group is seeking a Retail Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, process transactions, and promote a range of financial products at our Money Mart locations across Canada. You will help customers with loans, payments, and related services while upholding compliance and safety standards.

The role requires cash handling, POS experience, and strong communication. We offer a competitive pay range, a monthly store bonus, and opportunities for career growth

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in retail sales or similar role.
• Experience with cash handling and POS transactions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and process transactions.
• Promote loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers, and other related products.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Explain product features, fees, and terms clearly.
• Maintain accurate customer information in required systems.
• Support branch opening/closing and maintain a clean, customer-ready environment.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
