You will assist customers with personal lending products, process cash and POS transactions, and promote related financial services. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in retail, customer service or cash handling.
• Experience with POS transactions is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and process transactions.
• Promote and cross-sell loans, credit cards, money transfers and related services.
• Identify opportunities to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
• Explain products clearly, including terms, fees and repayment options.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information in systems.
