Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate Trainee for our branch in Canada. You will guide customers to the right staff for financial needs, including new accounts, investments, and banking solutions. A strong focus on customer experience and digital education is essential.

You will engage customers in day-to-day needs, support frontline colleagues, and learn through TD's comprehensive training program, with mobility within the assigned district as training completes.

Qualifications

High School diploma required; IFC or equivalent within 90 days preferred.
Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and branch software; knowledge of banking solutions.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in day-to-day transactions and banking solutions.
Guide customers to appropriate staff for complex needs and new accounts.
Educate customers on digital banking channels (mobile, online, ATM).
Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and escalations.
Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
Complete business processes accurately and in line with TD's policies.
Contribute to a fair and equitable work environment and perform to high standards.
