Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banker to connect with customers and help them achieve financial goals. You will offer sound financial planning advice and promote TD investment and credit solutions.

You’ll ask insightful questions, provide personalized guidance, and deepen customer relationships. You will work with frontline staff, maintain confidentiality, and stay informed on regulations while supporting a positive, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• IFIC or CFSA must be completed within 12 months, if hired.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options.
• Ask thoughtful financial questions to build relationships and retain customers.
• Deliver personalized financial advice to enhance loyalty and investment returns.
• Handle customer problems and refer to appropriate teams with discretion and accuracy.
