Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate Trainee in Calgary. You will engage customers, resolve banking questions, and guide them to the right specialists for accounts, investments, and solutions. Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers.
• Self-starter with strong administration and planning skills.
• Strong communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day service needs and banking solutions.
• Guide customers to the right contact person for resolutions.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions.
