• Self-starter with admin/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice, service transactions, digital education and problem resolution.
• Guide customers to the right contact for solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with cash transactions and report issues.
