Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC certification or equivalent post-appointment within 6 months.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice, transactions and digital education.
• Guide customers to the right contact for solutions while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM and online banking trends.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report issues.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations and TD's conduct.
