Qualifications

• HS diploma or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent – within 90 days of start date.
• Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice, transactions, digital education, and issue resolution.
• Guide customers to the right contact person for solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Promote digital banking through mobile, ATM, and online banking education.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report issues.
