Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial planning and investment solutions to promote loyalty and growth of customer relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice, answer questions, and address concerns while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Handle onboarding, reviews, and cross-selling of banking products and services.
• Stay informed on regulations and processes; support team through process improvements and productivity targets.
