CIBC is hiring a Client Service Representative to join the Personal and Business Banking Team. You will work in a fast-paced banking center, helping clients with day-to-day banking needs and guiding them to the right team members to support their financial goals.

You will be on-site full-time with hours that may include evenings and weekends, and you may travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance to deliver a great client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service roles in banking is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with using mobile banking apps and digital tools.
