This on-site, full-time role requires flexibility for banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, with travel between centres allowed. You’ll leverage technology and product knowledge to deliver an outstanding client experience,

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Willing to work on-site at Nepean-Barrhaven Town Centre
• Willing to travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with day-to-day banking needs and transactions.
• Lead to answer questions and connect clients with the right team members.
• Provide first-line support and help clients reach their financial goals.
