Job summary

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) is seeking a Client Service Representative to join the Personal and Business Banking Team. You will work in a fast-paced banking center, assist clients with transactions, answer questions, and connect them to the right specialists to help them reach their financial goals.

You will be on-site full-time, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and you may serve multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance.

Qualifications

• Client engagement: help clients manage their accounts and products.

• Leveraging technology: introduce clients to our mobile banking applications to manage their banking needs.

Responsibilities
