Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice, service transactions, and problem resolution related to banking solutions.
• Identify customer needs and direct to the right contact person for appropriate solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard matters to management.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations and processes to enhance customer experience.
• Complete business processes accurately and timely.
• Ensure documents reflect business intent and TD's conduct standards.
• Promote team effectiveness and share industry knowledge to achieve goals.
