TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate at the Saint-Jérôme branch in Quebec. You will guide customers to the right staff for resolving banking needs, including new accounts and investment advice, and help with banking solutions. Build trust and promote TD products while ensuring a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, independence in a dynamic environment, and adherence to TD codes. A High School diploma and 1+ years of experience are required.

Competenze

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet.
