Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution related to banking solutions.
• Guide customers to the right contact for appropriate solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking trends; promote digital banking adoption.
• Assist frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions; escalate non-standard issues.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations and processes to enhance customer experience.
