Responsibilities

Engage customers with day-to-day advice needs and service transactions.
Guide customers to the right contact for banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
Promote digital banking and educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
Suggest improvements to branch operations to improve customer experience and efficiency.
