TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate in Gatineau, QC. You will help customers with banking needs, guide them to the right specialists, and promote TD services.

The role emphasizes building relationships and delivering a positive customer experience in a branch setting. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day transactions, digital education, and supporting frontline staff while ensuring compliance with TD's ethics and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Licensing requirements for Mutual Fund licensing and CIRO background checks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and branch software.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and customer problem resolution related to banking solutions.
• Understand customer needs and guide customers to the right contact person for appropriate solutions while protecting confidentiality.
• Build customer confidence in digital banking through mobile, ATM, and online channels.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard matters to management.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
