You will support frontline staff with transactions and help grow customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 1+ years in banking or related fields, strong communication, and proficient MS

Qualificações

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and branch software.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice needs and service transactions.
• Guide customers to the right staff for banking solutions including new accounts and investments.
• Educate customers on digital banking and promote TD online/mobile banking.
