Job summary

CCI Inc. is seeking a highly motivated payroll professional to join our Calgary office. You will provide payroll support for the CCI Group of companies, handling Canadian and U.S. payrolls with multiple systems, while ensuring policy compliance and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires PCP designation with 3–5 years of payroll experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP Dayforce; US payroll experience is an asset in this collaboration-driven environment.

Qualifications

• PCP designation with 3–5 years of payroll experience.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work overtime when required.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and willingness to learn systems.
• Experience with SAP and Dayforce is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process multiple Canadian payrolls on a bi-weekly schedule.
• Maintain employee records in SAP Hana and Dayforce systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation.
• Handle garnishments, vacation payouts, deductions, and year-end processing.
