Job summary

Strategy Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead full-cycle Canadian payroll within the People & Culture team. The role covers payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and system improvements.

Ideal candidate has PCP designation, 5–10+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ADP; CPM is a plus. You will ensure accuracy and confidentiality while supporting employees.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Canadian full-cycle payroll experience.
• PCP designation required; CPM is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll software; ADP is an asset.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
