FYidoctors Prince Albert - 15th Street clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our patients. You’ll greet patients, manage check-in/out, and support eye-care operations in a fast-paced team.

The role is full-time, 30-40 hours per week with bonuses and strong benefits. You should bring retail experience, comfort with MS Office, and a passion for connecting with people to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology, computers, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients.

Responsibilities

Our FYidoctors Prince Albert - 15th Street clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a full-time role working30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required
