Job summary

Resolve Sleep Health in Oak Bay, BC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a term contract through May 2027. You will be the first point of contact, delivering friendly, high-quality service and helping keep the clinic running smoothly.

You will coordinate appointments, manage referrals, assist with billing and EMR documentation, educate patients on sleep therapy, and support product resupply in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service passion and friendly demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with ability to learn quickly in a busy clinic.
• Team-first mindset with a solutions-focused approach.
• Healthcare, administration, or customer service experience.
• Familiar with EMR systems, documentation, and virtual care (training provided).
• Second language is an asset.

Location: Oak Bay | In-Clinic Role

We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Oak Bay, BC. This is a Term Contract position expected to continue until approximately May 2027.

In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You'll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high-quality service standards
• Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
• Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
• Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
• Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment

What you bring:
