Job summary

Resolve Sleep Health in Sackville, NS, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The role involves welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, and educating on sleep therapy options. Evening and Saturday shifts are required; 40 hours per week are guaranteed.

You will support clinical staff, handle insurance claims and billing, assist with product resupply, and uphold our values in a fast-paced clinic environment.

We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the Sackville area. Evening and Saturday shifts will be required. This role is guaranteed 40 hours a week.

In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.
