Job summary

Resolve Sleep Health is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our Fredericton, NB clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients and help keep the clinic running smoothly while supporting our clinical team.

Role emphasizes excellent customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Training on EMR and digital tools is provided, and bilingual skills are a bonus.

• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and well-functioning.

We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at the clinic in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients-setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You'll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
• Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
• Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
• Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
• Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
• Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values

What you bring:
