Job summary

Resolve Sleep Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a temporary full-time contract in Victoriaville, QC. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive, supportive experience while keeping the clinic running smoothly.

You will coordinate appointments, manage referrals, educate patients on sleep therapy and equipment, and support billing and product resupply. Fluency in French is required, and prior healthcare or administrative experience is beneficial.

We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Victoriaville, QB. This is a temporary full-time contract for 3-6 months.

In this important front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.

What you’ll be doing:
