Job summary

Chinook Respiratory Care by Resolve Sleep Health in Lethbridge, AB is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and to help keep the clinic running smoothly. You’ll manage appointments, referrals, and medical documentation, assist the clinical team, and guide patients through sleep therapy options while coordinating insurance and billing with accuracy and empathy.

We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Lethbridge, AB.

In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
• Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
• Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
• Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
• Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
• Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values
