Constellation Data Labs, a business unit within Constellation Software, seeks a Partner Success Manager to oversee complex client implementations, manage relationships, and ensure timely resolution of issues including data compliance and upgrades.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive adoption, manage renewals, and pursue growth opportunities across a growing MLS and real estate data product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong project management and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing experience.

Responsabilités

• Onboard and complete new client implementations within 90 days.
• Coordinate onboarding of data feeds and services with clear goals, timelines and responsibilities.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing business results, client satisfaction and quality.
• Serve as the primary client contact, report on success metrics and renewals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive adoption of portfolio products.
