Job summary

Assent is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead renewal and expansion efforts, delivering on purchased programs and guiding customers from project kickoff to successful completion with senior stakeholders.

The role requires 6+ years in customer success or project management, SaaS experience, excellent English communication, advanced Excel skills, and a track record of aligning solutions to client goals and driving product adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer success, project management, and/or consulting roles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• University/College and/or Post Graduate Certificate in Environmental Studies, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Product/Materials Compliance, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data management and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Define compliance programs with Program Support teams to achieve client milestones.
• Manage an assigned book of business and monitor Customer Health metrics.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews and renewal planning with customers.
• Aligns solutions to address customers' challenges and increases product adoption.
• Identify client goals and ensure quality product configuration during implementation.
