Job summary

CapsLock, a remote-first company, seeks a Partner Success Manager to cultivate existing client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to grow campaigns. You will engage with Sales leadership and department leads to optimize outcomes for key home improvement partners.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. English fluency is essential for daily client communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in lead generation or client services.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to analyze reports.
• Proven ability to communicate with C-level Executives and present findings.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships and maintain positive partnerships.
• Provide weekly status updates and ensure alignment across teams.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and project plans for client campaigns.
• Coordinate transitions of new clients to lead gen campaigns.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, IT, and Media Buying teams.
