Job summary

Lush is seeking a Part-time Floor Leader at Midtown Plaza in Saskatoon to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to meet sales goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service on the shop floor, including product demonstrations and consultations.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical packaging in-store and through community engagement.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
