Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor. You will lead a team of sales ambassadors, coach for high performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and upholding Lush values.

In this role, you will train and motivate staff, analyze sales results, and collaborate with leadership to maintain store standards, visuals, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience supervising/coaching staff.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and analyze results to meet and exceed goals.
• Lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Educate customers on Lush values and products, and engage in community initiatives to build the brand.
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Train and coach staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Promote DEIB and foster a collaborative, respectful work environment.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and stock processes.
