Job summary

Lush is seeking a Floor Leader in Canada to drive sales and coach a team of sales associates on the shop floor. You will lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences, conducting product demonstrations, and reinforcing Lush brand values.

You will also train and mentor Sales Ambassadors, promote DEIB, and ensure operational excellence during opening/closing, cash handling, and stock management. The role emphasizes a positive, energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve problems related to day-to-day customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching using StoreForce dashboard results and adjusting floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical standards in-store and at events.
• Lead and coach Sales Ambassadors; foster a culture of learning and DEIB.
