Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team in driving sales, leading a team of sales associates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will analyze sales results, coach staff, and uphold brand values across operations on the shop floor.

Expect to foster a positive work environment, train ambassadors, and ensure high standards in product knowledge, customer service, and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce results and adjust floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Team Involvement: train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance.
• Operational Excellence: manage cash handling, opening/closing, and store security.
