Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a friendly store atmosphere.
• Recommend eyecare solutions and frames based on needs.
• Assist with frame selection and lens choices.
• Explain offers and services clearly to customers.
• Conduct pre-screening tests with full training provided.
• Measure and adjust frames for a comfortable fit.
• Process orders for glasses and contacts accurately.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain care standards.
• Act as an ambassador for Specsavers values.
