Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, creating a friendly environment in the store.
• Build connections by understanding customer needs and recommending eyecare solutions.
• Guide customers in selecting frames that suit lenses and personal style.
• Explain offers, products, and services clearly to help informed choices.
• Perform pre-screening checks and full training provided.
• Measure and adjust frames for a precise fit.
• Process orders for prescription glasses and contacts.
• Schedule follow-up appointments to maintain care.
• Act as an ambassador for Specsavers and our values.
